Spoons, which traditionally are a symbol of sustenance and support have more recently become a recognised depiction of finite energy reserves explained in the Spoon Theory, a powerful metaphor for people suffering from chronic and also mental illness.

Unique and unpredictable, perfectly imperfect, made, textured & polished by hand, each and every offering has been energised by moonlight & quenched in local stream water.

Technical Info:
Oxidised sterling silver is a process by which the patina of the precious metal is accelerated, creating a darkened surface layer, which over time with regular use, will gradually polish away. The wabi-sabi aesthetic of being worn over time is beautiful to witness.
